END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Thank you for installing our applications / software. EULA stands for End User Licensing Agreement. We advice our users to read EULA before proceeding to app launch and understand terms /conditions and advertisement agreements. This is an agreement between end user and HorseMaster Labs.



TERMS
  1. You may not use our apps for any illegal purposes.
  2. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the products, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  3. You understand and accept that we do not bully or violate the users.
  4. You may not use our apps for bullying other people and violating the other people’s rights or anything against terms of this agreement.
  5. This product identified as Not for Resale or NFR may not be resold or transferred.
  6. You understand and accept that the purpose of this application is entertainment, fun, productivity or for similar purposes.
  7.  You have all the rights to delete the apps if you disagree any terms in the EULA of the application.

LIMITAION OF LIABILITY
  1. You understand and accept that the all our applications are tested. However if any data loss or any unwanted condition occurs, we cannot be held responsible for corresponding event.

ADERTISEMENTS
  1. Applications may use location information. For example, sharing the location of the user with other users.
  2.  Applications may show advertisements to support the developers. These advertisements may be banners, offer walls or content un-lockers. Furthermore application may send push notifications to user device or create shortcuts or icons or bookmarks/links on user device for advertisements purposes.
  3. You may easily remove shortcuts/icons/bookmarks if you do not want to see these types of advertisements. Additionally, you can uninstall to the app if you do not want see rest of advertisement types. Moreover you can opt-out ads to not to see any advertisements, please see the “ADVERTISEMENT OPT-OUTS” section.

COPYRIGHTS & RESPECTFUL COPYRIGHT OWNERS (CREDITS)
  1. You understand and accept that all the assets and resources in this app either created by us or collected from third party resources. Any assets or resource which is not created by us may be under one of the licence of “Create Commons”. Generally these are “public domain” or “attribution” licences or other under licenses.  None of the assets or resources in this app can be used for commercial purposes without permission and given credit. There could be other licenses such as “Standard / Regular / Extended Licences”.
  2. If we use any third party resources, we either give full credits to respectful owner or we buy the licenses.

TERMINATION
  1. Without prejudice to any other rights, We may cancel this EULA if you do not abide by the terms and conditions of this EULA, in which case you must destroy all copies of the Product and all of its component parts.



ADVERTISEMENT OPT-OUTS

We regularly change the advertisement companies which we work with, users can find to opt-out pages in here to permanently stop having advertisements from particular ad networks.
